Convenience of transportation
Power plants are placed in universal containers with special transport fittings, which allows them to be transported by any type of freight transport (chassis, trailer, sledge, wagon, ship, plane, helicopter, etc.). At the request of the customer, the container installation can be placed on a sled that provides traction, or on a mobile chassis.
Compliance with standards
Containers with FG Wilson diesel generators are manufactured in accordance with TU U 31.1-13695593-006:2008, agreed with Derzhhirpromnadzor, the State Department of Fire Safety of the Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine and the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine.
Composition
The composition of FG WILSON containerized power plants includes all the necessary equipment for reliable long-term operation and convenient operation throughout the entire service life.
The complete set of the FG WILSON containerized power plant includes:
- FG WILSON diesel generator;
exhaust gas release system; - switchboard equipment, including a cable entry cabinet, AVR panel and other equipment (on request);
- SHSN – power supply board for needs
- power plants;
- cable input/output nodes;
- lamps included in the main, external and emergency lighting system of the container;
- container ventilation system, including automated air supply/exhaust control (on request);
- electric heaters, which are equipped with thermoregulators of the container heating system;
- external metal gratings to protect the ventilation system;
- wall wiring made in metal or PVC boxes;
- automatic installation of fire extinguishing of the container
Examples of use
Life support systems
- Convenient hinged “gate-like” doors, which can be locked with locks, open convenient access to nodes and aggregates of the power plant.
- A fuel tank of the required capacity, as well as a convenient refueling system and a fuel return cooling system guarantee long-term operation of the power plant.
- Silent operation of the power plant is ensured thanks to the internal lining of the container walls with noise-absorbing material, as well as the installation of noise-absorbing partitions on the discharge of hot air from the radiator.
- Ease of operation is ensured by unobstructed access to all equipment components, as well as the availability of appropriate operating documentation in Russian/Ukrainian.
- Operational safety is ensured by the presence of fire alarm, security alarm, fire extinguishing system, protective grounding, insulation of conductive parts, main and emergency lighting system, convenient location of the emergency stop button of the power plant.
